Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a degree-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading remediation and enabling works contractor. You will manage commercial aspects across UK projects, from tender to final account, working with Project Managers and site teams to maximise profitability.

Required: degree in Quantity Surveying, 7+ years in civil engineering/remediation, NEC/JCT contract experience, and a UK driving licence with willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Minimum 7 years post graduate experience in civil engineering/remediation or enabling works within the UK.
• Strong practical experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of projects from tender through to final account.
• Administer contracts and manage subcontractors.
• Maximise commercial performance while maintaining client relationships.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to deliver profitably.
