You will drive contract administration, CVR reporting, and sub-contractor payments while maintaining strong client and team collaboration.

Based in the Swanley Office, this full-time role requires travel across the south east and a proven track record in main contractor environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in main contractor environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Willingness to travel across the south east.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management for subcontracts and variations.
• Monitor program, cost and key events/issues throughout projects.
• Prepare monthly valuations and Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
• Collaborate with clients and subcontractors to ensure commercial success.
