Job description

My client is a Civils Main Contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £500m. They currently have a high number of Civils schemes ranging from £10m up to £100m in Kent & Sussex. At present they are in the market for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support the existing commercial team.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Project experience including: roads, drainage, earthworks, remediation, s38/s278 works, flood alleviation, culverts etc.
2. Contract knowledge - NEC options A & C
