Balfour Beatty plc in the North West is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial performance of projects and drive strong financial outcomes.

You will lead budgets, cost plans and forecasts, manage subcontract packages and final accounts, and build relationships with clients and suppliers to maximise margins. A degree in Quantity Surveying and solid contract knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, at senior level.
• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management, and commercial procedures.
• Experience managing subcontract packages, valuations and final accounts.
• Excellent financial analysis, reporting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities and develop solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach to develop colleagues.
