Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Build team in the North West. You will own commercial performance, manage budgets and lead subcontract procurement across a diverse project portfolio.

We value strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, robust risk management, and proactive cost control to maximise margins and deliver outstanding results for our clients.

Qualificações

• Lead commercial management of projects to meet financial targets.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, forecasts and reports.
• Manage subcontract procurement, valuations and final accounts.
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasts and updates to the team.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contract compliance and correspondence.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial updates to the wider team.
• Support development of colleagues and junior QS staff.
• Ensure cost control and contract requirements are met throughout the lifecycle.
