Job summary

Avove Utilities is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team based from our Durham office with hybrid home working. A full valid driving license is a prerequisite for the role and you will manage budgets, contracts and client relationships across our multi-million-pound framework with NWG.

Qualifications

• HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
• Experience managing NEC3 or NEC4 Contracts (target cost, fixed price, or cost reimbursable)

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with Avove systems, processes and procedures
• Manage budgets, financial reports and contracts to help each project succeed
• Build trusted relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Prepare accurate financial statements and monitor performance
• Support Business Development by contributing to tenders and bids
• Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, communication and a can-do attitude
