Bridges Electrical Engineers is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support to Delivery Teams across NEC4 contracts. The role requires travel to client sites and meetings, with a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days at home.

The position is based at our regional offices in Maidstone or Portsmouth, with flexibility noted for Reading/Falmer spaces.

Formación

• Experience in QS environment with NEC4 contracts.
• Confident in reading and understanding project scope documents & drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Review, negotiate, and finalise awarded contracts to secure a commercially advantageous position.
• Accurate and on-time compilation of reporting to meet monthly deadlines.
• Manage invoicing for your project portfolio, reflect on-site progress and contractual entitlements, and manage change control with Delivery Teams.
• Lead the agreement of project final accounts with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders; monitor expenditure with Delivery Teams.
