Job summary

Fortiva in Leeds seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects of multiple infrastructure projects. You will lead NEC3/4 contract administration, CVRs, cash flow, and client meetings, while guiding value engineering and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• NEC3/4 knowledge required.
• Experience managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Ability to take commercial ownership across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
• Lead quotation submissions and ensure contract orders are in place.
• Oversee valuations, applications, variations and final accounts.
• Manage supply chain contracts and subcontractor accounts.
• Produce and maintain CVRs and cash flow forecasts.
• Establish monthly project reviews and senior review processes.
• Attend client progress meetings and manage dispute resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across commercial practices.
