Job summary

Flagship Consulting in Sunderland is recruiting Assistant, Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join its long-established North East office. The role covers projects across sectors, with NEC and JCT contracts, in a flexible hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

Ideal candidates will hold a Quantity Surveying degree (MRICS desirable) and have consultancy or PQS experience. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £60,000 depending on level and experience, with APC support and

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in consultancy or PQS environment preferred.
• Experience with NEC and/or JCT contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
• MRICS qualification or working towards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead projects across full lifecycle.
• Work with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
• Contribute to projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education and residential.
