Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio on the South Coast. You will own cost, quality and programme, prepare cost plans, budgets and forecasts, and act as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience.
• Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge.

• Qualification required: MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent
• Contract knowledge: NEC and/or JCT
• Location: South Coast, UK (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio - no single-sector repetition, real variety of live projects. Sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence and much more available within the Buildings team.
