Job summary

Advance TRS is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on projects along the South Coast, UK. This role requires MRICS qualification or an equivalent and significant experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

Qualification required: MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent. Contract knowledge: NEC and/or JCT. Location: South Coast, UK (Hybrid).

Key responsibilities:

• Leading commercial delivery on projects - owning cost, quality and programme
• Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration
• Acting as commercial advisor and Employer's Agent, building strong client relationships
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development
• Contributing to bids, proposals and business development

Essential requirements:

• MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification
• Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development
• Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge
• Employer's Agent experience desirable
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
