Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio, with live projects in Education, Healthcare, Defence and more within the Buildings team. Hybrid working on the South Coast, UK.

Essential requirements include MRICS or equivalent and NEC/JCT knowledge; Employer’s Agent experience desirable. The role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, flexible benefits, and opportunities for training and career development.

Location: South Coast, UK (Hybrid)
