Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support our Midlands team on a range of complex infrastructure programmes. You will work with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver commercial solutions that maximise value.

You will apply your experience with NEC, JCT or FIDIC contracts, build relationships across multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to bid work and client engagement in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Experience on major programmes and complex infrastructure.
• Membership of, or working towards Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of projects across public and private sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain partners to develop and deliver commercial solutions.
• Provide commercial and procurement guidance to maximise value within the supply chain.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions to complex client challenges.
