AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Nottingham to join our Midlands team. You will work across major infrastructure programmes, advising on commercial and procurement aspects while collaborating with clients and supply chain partners to deliver value.

The role requires 5+ years in complex projects, a QS degree, and active RICS engagement. Flexible hybrid working and development opportunities are offered to support your progression.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in major programmes
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Member of, or working towards, RICS or equivalent
• Experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts
• Line management or team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and procurement requirements for complex programmes
• Collaborate with clients and supply chain to deliver solutions
• Support development of strategies for risk and value optimisation
