Job summary

Kier Group plc is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its regional Construction team in Central London. This full-time, permanent role offers flexible and part-time hours on request. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

You will be responsible for commercial input, forecasts, and KPI management, supporting project teams across contracts and cost reporting. This role requires a degree or equivalent experience and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Senior Quantity Surveyor role.
• Holder of a Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Educated to Degree level, or equivalent experience.
• Confident IT skills, proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial input including forecasts to management.
• Ensure targets and KPIs are exceeded.
• Prepare monthly cost/value reports for area.
• Produce commercial reports and review trends with contract teams.
• Physically measure works and agree with client/subcontractors.
• Agree certification and payment of subcontractor accounts.
