Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial activities for projects across London. This role offers home-based work flexibility with on-site involvement. Qualifications

• Experienced managing large individual schemes or multiple smaller projects.
• Solid understanding of standard forms of contract.
• Professional membership (MCIOB/MRICS) or working towards it is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities including procurement and valuations.
• Manage subcontract work packages, including negotiations.
• Produce and present monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
• Manage subcontractor liabilities and monitor performance.
