Qualifications

Solid understanding of standard forms of contract.
Professional membership (MCIOB/MRICS) or working towards it is desirable.
Responsibilities

Manage subcontract work packages, including negotiations.
Produce and present monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
Manage subcontractor liabilities and monitor performance.
