Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial resources to maximise gross margin on projects.
• Tendering and appointing subcontractors and suppliers within authorities.
• Measuring, valuing and invoicing works, and managing cash flow.
• Producing monthly reports and forecasts and assessing risks.
