Job summary

Brandon James seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Epping office to lead cost planning, procurement strategy, and client reporting. You will manage valuations, variations and final accounts while guiding the design team and contractors across diverse projects.

The role requires UK consultancy/PQS experience, degree qualification in QS or related field, and MRICS status or active chartership. You will mentor juniors and drive business development.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• MRICS qualification or active pursuit of chartership.
• Strong UK consultancy/PQS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost planning, estimating and feasibility exercises.
• Prepare tender documents and advise on procurement strategy.
• Manage valuations, variations, change control and final accounts.
• Produce clear cost reports and commercial advice for clients.
• Lead client, design team and contractor meetings.
• Manage projects through pre- and post-contract stages.
• Advise on JCT and other UK contracts.
• Mentor junior Quantity Surveyors.
