EA First is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction consultancy and drive value across projects. You will lead cost planning, procurement, contract advice, and client liaison, delivering pre- and post-contract services with professionalism.

You'll manage budgets, valuations, final accounts, and bids while building strong client relationships and contributing to high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification preferred.
• RICS membership preferred.
• Experience in construction consultancy.
• Strong commercial and technical skills.
• Confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice.
• Manage budgets, valuations and final accounts.
• Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans.
• Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients.
• Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes.
• Reports, claims and dispute resolution.
• Support business growth and promote our brand.
