Qualifications

• Degree-qualified and ideally RICS
• Experience in construction consultancy
• Strong communication and commercial awareness

Responsibilities

• Lead on cost planning, procurement and contract advice
• Manage budgets, valuations and final accounts
• Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
• Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
• Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
• Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
• Reports, claims and dispute resolution
• Support business growth and promote our company brand
