EA First Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver pre- and post-contract services, drive value, and represent the practice on a range of high-profile projects in the Manchester area. You will lead on cost planning, procurement, budgets, and final accounts while building strong client relationships and promoting the firm.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified is preferred.
• RICS membership preferred.
• Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment.
• Confident decision maker who is commercially aware.
• Strong commercial and technical skills.
• Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice.
• Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts.
• Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans.
• Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients.
• Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes.
• Reports, claims and dispute resolution.
• Support business growth and promote our company brand.
