Qualifications

• Degree-qualified preferred.
• RICS membership preferred.
• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Confident decision maker with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead on cost planning, procurement and contract advice.
• Manage budgets, valuations and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans.
• Prepare contracts, provide risk management advice and meet clients.
• Price tender submissions and manage bid submissions.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes.
• Prepare reports, claims and dispute resolutions.
• Support business growth and promote the company brand.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferably degree-qualified
• RICS membership preferred
• Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
• Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
• Strong commercial and technical skills
• Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator
