Job summary

EA First Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver pre- and post-contract services and drive value for a growing construction consultancy in the UK.

You will lead on cost planning, procurement, budgets and final accounts, while building strong relationships with high-profile clients and maintaining professional standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified (preferred).
• RICS membership preferred.
• QS experience in construction consultancy.
• Commercial and technical skills required.
• Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead on cost planning and procurement.
• Manage budgets, valuations and final accounts.
• Conduct quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans.
• Prepare contracts and provide risk-management advice.
• Price tenders and manage bid submissions.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes.
• Provide reports, claims and dispute resolution.
• Support business growth and promote the company brand.
