Job summary

Cumming Group UK & Europe is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager to lead project cost management across construction, real estate and infrastructure portfolios. You will deliver budgets, cost plans and reports while guiding teams and engaging with clients.

With MRICS or equivalent qualifications and 5+ years of industry experience, you will apply best practice to contracts (JCT/NEC), risk management and value engineering within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in cost management or project controls.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry contracts (JCT/NEC).

Responsibilities

• Assume day-to-day delivery responsibility for projects with minimal supervision.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management and contract administration.
• Assist in tender preparation and business development.
• Develop our business through networking and client relationship building.
• Mentor and coach staff to support growth of the Practice.
