Job summary

Cumming Group in London is seeking a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to drive cost management for high-profile projects. You’ll own cost plans, budgets, reporting, and valuations, while advising clients and shaping commercial strategy.

This client-facing, hands-on role requires MRICS (or working towards), 5+ years’ experience, and a degree in QS/Construction/Engineering. You’ll collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications
