Job summary

Cumming Group, a global project and cost management consultancy, seeks an experienced professional to lead large projects and programmes from the Greater London area. You will drive budget planning, reporting, risk/value management and contract administration while mentoring the team.

Candidates should have MRICS or equivalent and 7+ years in Real Estate/cost management, with strong client-facing and leadership skills. London-based role with UK-wide involvement.

Qualifications

• MRICS or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Preferably degree qualified in construction, cost management, engineering or QS.
• Leadership development training is a plus.
• 7+ years’ experience in Real Estate or construction cost management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of large projects and programmes.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management and contract administration.
• Develop tender documentation and bid support.
• Mentor staff and drive continuous improvement.
