Qualifications

• Degree in construction, cost management, engineering or QS plus professional accreditation.
• MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred or demonstrated experience.
• Experience with main contractors and pre/post contract cost management.
• Strong communication, analytical and IT skills are essential.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day project execution with minimal supervision.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and client reports.
• Provide risk and value management across projects.
• Administer contracts, valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Coordinate tendering, bid support and contractor selection.
• Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality procedures.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
