Galliford Try is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as the commercial lead on the £20m Sheffield Transforming Cities project in South Yorkshire. You will own all commercial and contractual processes, leading the team to manage opportunities and risks and reporting to the Commercial Manager and Directors.

The role requires experience with NEC contracts, strong IT skills, and a professional qualification such as MRICS or CICES, with a focus on delivering on time and to budget.

Formación

• Experience with NEC contracts is essential.
• CSCS card holder or equivalent.
• Strong time and outcome management skills.
• Experience on large single or multiple smaller schemes.
• Knowledge of contract administration and cost reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial activities and ensure project is delivered within budget.
• Produce monthly reporting including CVRs, cost plans and forecasting.
• Oversee main contract administration, valuations, payments and change control.
• Manage subcontract packages including procurement and payments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
