Galliford Try's Building London South East team seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in London with regional travel. You will manage commercial delivery through the project lifecycle, from tender to final account, administer subcontract packages, assess interim amounts and handle changes.

Responsibilities include issuing commercial notices, cost plans, and monthly cost–value reconciliations, supported by Oracle analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and substantial commercial experience.
• Experience administering subcontract packages and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Administer subcontract packages and assess interim amounts.
• Manage changes and issue commercial notices.
• Present monthly cost–value reconciliations and maintain cost plans.
• Use Oracle cost analysis and CEMAR for contracts and cost management.
• Develop and mentor junior surveyors.
