Job summary

Galliford Try is recruiting two Senior Quantity Surveyors for its Infrastructure division on a GBP300 million highways project in Cheltenham. The role supports the managing quantity surveyors and site team in controlling commercial performance and focuses on main-contract administration, compensation-event quotations and internal reporting.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with NEC contracts is advantageous.
• Ability to prepare and present reports.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial team with main-contract administration.
• Prepare cost-value reconciliations and expenditure forecasts.
• Negotiate subcontract documents and assess interim payments.
• Issue contractual notices and manage changes to work packages.
• Maintain site records for commercial administration.
• Produce client payment applications.
