Qualifications

• NEC4 contracts and NEC4 Option C experience required.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor with infrastructure experience preferred.
• Experience managing costs, change, risk and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of major infrastructure projects from pre-contract through to completion.
• Cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Managing valuations, variations, compensation events and final accounts.
• Contract administration and commercial risk management.
• Supporting project teams with commercial advice and reporting.
• Working closely with clients, contractors and wider project stakeholders.
• Providing guidance and support to junior members of the commercial team.
