Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge and infrastructure exposure.
• Experience on major energy and engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual support across infrastructure projects.
• Manage project costs, budgets and forecasts through life cycle.
• Work within NEC3/NEC4 environments and review cost reports.
• Support procurement, tender documentation and subcontractor accounts.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities; advise clients accordingly.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with project teams.
