• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and practical application.
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Administration and management of NEC contracts.
• Auditing and validation of defined costs.
• Cost assurance and commercial reporting.
• Change control and compensation event assessment.
• Supporting project controls and forecasting activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients and project teams.
