Job summary

You will lead the commercial team, oversee valuation, cashflow, and cost to complete forecasts, and ensure timely and accurate data across the reporting suite, helping drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• Experience with civil engineering projects including utilities.
• Membership in RICS or working towards is preferred.
• Current driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely commercial reports and advice to management.
• Develop and expand the commercial knowledge of the team.
• Review commercial plans to maximise margin and commercial performance.
• Manage monthly commercial audits, CVRs, and cashflow reporting.
• Handle claims, adjudication, and compensation events with cost information.
• Ensure compliance with commercial procedures and governance.
