Vextrix in London seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to lead pre/post contract commercial management on major infrastructure projects, including rail sector work in a design & build environment.

The role requires hands-on NEC contract administration, cost control, value for money, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring junior staff and building strong stakeholder relationships. On-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-contract and post-contract commercial management.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and change management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial management on major infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and negotiate valuations, payments and final accounts.
• Provide evidence-based advice to project leadership and clients.
• Mentor junior quantity surveyors and support professional development.
• Maintain accurate records and timely commercial reporting.
