VINCI Building is delivering a £150m+ transformation and revamp project at Heathrow Airport Terminal 4, requiring a Quantity Surveyor experienced with a large UK Main Contractor. You will manage commercial delivery across feasibility to completion, with strong NEC contract knowledge to maintain control of work packages.

Formación

• Sub contract & package procurement experience.
• Experience working for a large UK Main Contractor.
• Experience in re-measurement.
• Financial / cost control.
• Appropriate CSCS card.
• Valid driving licence.
• Solid understanding of contract law, NEC forms.
• Reading and accurately interpreting drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Start Up of New Projects: understand pre-contract management and project startup procedures.
• Procurement: procure materials and off-site services per VINCI Building policies.
• Assess subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate returns on time, cost, quality and SHE.
• Applications for Payment and Invoicing: valuations, invoices, and final accounts.
• Cost Control: monitor subcontract costs and wastage reconciliations.
• Accounting and Reporting: contribute to CVR reports and progress reporting.
• Risk and Opportunity Management: identify risks and opportunities in projects.
• Change Control: recognise changes and support value engineering with cost capture.
• Main Contract Administration: manage contractual obligations and stakeholders.
