Job summary

Aldwych Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major Heathrow infrastructure project. The role focuses on delivering strong commercial performance from delivery through to final account.

You will lead valuations, manage subcontractors, prepare CVRs and cost reports, and mentor junior team members while building relationships with clients and the project team. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Experience with main contractor or specialist subcontractor environments.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial management of the project/package.
• Manage costs, budgets, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
• Lead valuations, variations and applications for payment.
