Click ITC is sourcing a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial aspects on multiple data centre projects. The role offers involvement across the UK and international builds, with a focus on building consultancy excellence.

You will be based in London or Cheshire, with a typical office pattern Tue–Thu and flexibility to manage the workload across global sites. The ideal candidate has senior QS experience in building sectors and a consultancy background.

Qualifications

• Senior-level quantity surveying experience in building consultancy
• Experience with data centre projects is advantageous
• Strong cost management and commercial negotiation skills
