NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and contractual activities on a major Data Centre project in the UK. The role requires strong M&E or construction experience and proven ability to manage procurement, cost reporting and change control within a high-spec environment.

You will liaise with client teams, manage subcontractor packages and monitor performance against budget and programme, delivering value for a major international contractor.

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Project/ Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience on large-scale construction or engineering projects.
• Strong civil engineering background and exposure to electrical/mechanical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interface with Client's Commercial and Contract teams.
• Procurement management and subcontractor engagement.
• Conduct cost and risk analysis and manage change control.
• Prepare costing, margin and cashflow reports and monitor performance.
