Click ITC is sourcing a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial aspects on multiple data centre projects. The role offers involvement across the UK and international builds, with a focus on building consultancy excellence.

You will be based in London or Cheshire, with a typical office pattern Tue–Thu and flexibility to manage the workload across global sites. The ideal candidate has senior QS experience in building sectors and a consultancy background.

Job description

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working on some the world's key data centre projects, for one of the world's leading tech companies.

Due to significant growth, with new offices opening across the UK, EU and recently SE Asia, USA and the Middle East, we are now looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in London or Cheshire.

This multi-disciplined Building Consultancy works across multiple sectors but is particularly busy in the industrial/distribution, data centre and retail sectors, working with a number of the leading tech companies. They have always welcomed and attracted talent with diverse experience, but particularly favour those with a consultancy background working on buildings rather than civils. Previous sector experience doesn't matter, however it will be expected that you are considered in the top tier across your profession.

This particular role is to oversee the construction of multiple 'mini' Data Centres across the globe.

The working arrangement is in general Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office (with considerable flexibility on this).
