Responsibilities

• Providing commercial insights, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports and analyzing trends with the contract team.
• Producing commercial reports and reviewing results collaboratively.
• Conducting physical measurements of works and agreeing on them with clients and subcontractors.
• Managing certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
