Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of engineering and process projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage NEC4 contracts, change control, cost forecasting, CVR reporting and close-out, working closely with the Project Manager and Planner across delivery and commercial issues, with flexibility between project sites, the office and home working.

Qualifications

• Strong Quantity Surveying or commercial background in engineering or process environments.
• Experience with NEC4 contracts, changes and compensation events.
• Experience in cost control, forecasting and CVR reporting.
• Ability to manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC4 contracts and ensure contractual processes are followed.
• Manage change control, variations and Compensation Events.
• Cost control, forecasting and CVR reporting.
• Manage extensions of time and delay mechanisms.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Review project scope and ensure changes are valued.
• Maintain robust commercial records.
• Work with Planner to assess programme impact.
• Identify commercial risks and exposure areas.
• Support projects through close-out and final account.
