Job summary

You will own key elements across the project lifecycle, manage cost control, forecasting, subcontract accounts and change management, and support delivery teams with pragmatic commercial advice.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure/Civils projects.
• Strong cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with NEC contracts and change management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractor accounts and claims.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractor environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Procurement and management of subcontract packages.
• Contract administration (NEC) and commercial governance.
• Change management and compensation event assessment.
• Review and agreement of subcontractor accounts and claims.
• Management of project risk and opportunities.
• Supporting project delivery teams with commercial advice.
• Ensuring cost control and cash flow management.
• Contributing to project commercial strategy as construction begins.
