Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor in rail, civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and familiarity with NEC3 forms.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle and driving commercial performance.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial ownership of projects from tender through final account.
• Administer NEC3 contracts and produce CVRs.
• Price and manage smaller works packages and provide commercial support to delivery teams.
• Manage project costs and client relationships to ensure profitability and risk mitigation.
