Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to own the commercial management of engineering and industrial projects in Buxton. You will lead NEC4-based processes, manage change control, variations, CVR forecasting and close-out activities across a diverse project portfolio.

The role requires strong NEC4 and contractual knowledge, with exposure to M&E, manufacturing or process environments. Flexible working and site-based collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong Quantity Surveying background in engineering or process environments.
• Excellent NEC4 and contractual knowledge.
• Experience with change control, compensation events and CVR forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage NEC4 contracts and ensure contractual processes are followed.
• Oversee change control, variations and Compensation Events.
• Perform cost control, forecasting and CVR reporting.
• Manage extensions of time and delay mechanisms.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements.
