Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in Scotland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of rail, highways and civil projects across Scotland, with a strong emphasis on site delivery.

You will work closely with operational teams from award to final account, manage valuations and variations under NEC contracts, and drive cost control and robust client relationships to maximise commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in subcontract/Tier 2 environments.
• Experience working under NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Commercial management of multiple live projects
• Cost reporting, forecasting and budget control
• Managing valuations, variations and change
• Subcontract procurement and account management
• Contract administration and risk management
• Supporting operational teams throughout project delivery
• Managing projects through to final account
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Regular site visits to gather commercial information and monitor progress
