Job summary

EGIS, via Omnia Projects, is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support project managers and clients from concept through to financial close. The role involves commercial management, contract administration and risk mitigation on high‑voltage project work across the UK.

You will contribute to procurement, cost reporting, and cashflow forecasting, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance. Travel to sites will be required as part of a hybrid on-site role in Murton.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and risk management for complex projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts and, preferably, FIDIC forms.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Excel.
• Ability to travel with own car and work across sites in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Support project managers with contract management activities and risk assessment.
• Undertake procurement tasks including tendering and award recommendations.
• Prepare Early Warnings, Compensation Events and PM communications.
• Monitor contract expenditure against budgets and forecasts; ensure value for money.
