Job summary

Egis seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to back the project managers and clients from concept through to financial close. You will manage commercial aspects, support with contract management under NEC3/NEC4, and ensure adherence to governance across multiple projects in the energy sector.

The role involves site-based work in Assington, Suffolk, with responsibilities spanning cost reporting, risk management, and value-for-money delivery in line with client and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with ability to work remotely from management.
• Experience with NEC and FIDIC forms of contract.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties.
• Support project team in establishing commercial contracts and risk guidance.
• Undertake procurement activities including issuing tender enquiries and evaluating bids.
