Job summary

The Clancy Group Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Anglian Water contract. You will drive commercial performance, manage costs and forecasts, and provide contract expertise to ensure value and risk are optimised on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction/infrastructure.
• Familiarity with NEC and/or JCT contracts and budgeting.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; professional membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and cost management across the programme.
• Provide commercial and contractual support and risk management.
• Oversee cost forecasting and monthly reporting.
• Manage alliance commercial position and stakeholder relationships.
• Support purchase order process and continuous improvement.
