Job summary

Clancy is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our high performing commercial team on the SSE contract. You will help ensure commercial success by generating weekly revenue and cost reports, controlling submissions, and producing Schedule of Rates.

You will reconcile subcontractor costs and prepare payment certificates, liaise with Operations to monitor progress and changes, and price high-volume works. The role requires NEC contract experience, a background in utilities/civil engineering, and

Qualifications

• Experience delivering NEC contract schemes and subcontract management in utilities/civil engineering.
• Proven ability to develop junior colleagues to high performance.
• Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Generating weekly revenue and cost reports.
• Controlling submissions of daily completed jobs.
• Producing 'Schedule of Rates'.
• Reconciling subcontractor costs and preparing payment certificates.
• Liaising with Operations and Planning to monitor progress and scope changes.
• Reviewing scheme works to ensure targets are on track.
• Pricing completed jobs for high volume works.
• Analyzing weekly and monthly cost and revenue data.
